Whoo
Hi All,
Sorry for the break in posting but things have just been so hectic lately. I wanted to take a moment and thank all of you who stopped by the blog and just left the nicest comments. I really appreciate it and I hope that all of you are doing well with your weight loss goals too. Also–side note– I’m still getting used to the site and figuring everything out, i.e. friend requests, acceptances, and god knows i have no idea how to put in my excercise haha but i’ll figure it out soon ;). Yesterday was a bad day work out wise. I’m on a hiatus and it is very warm here .. in the 100s. So yesterday I went out side and tried to run around this driveway, in circles, I’m sure I looked like an idiot. Anywho… I only lasted about 8 minutes and I was just incredibly depressed the rest of the day. Usually I can work out with the best of them. I do the eliptical all the time and I love it. I can go for about 90 minutes and feel great. Running on the other hand, actual lets go outside and run around, is quite frankly a huge pain in my ass. BUT I am trying. So far I have been “running” inside on the treadmill, i.e. i run for 5 minutes then walk then run again for about another 5 minutes and I do this for about 40 minutes. Pretty pathetic but I’ll get better.
Anyway I thought it would be fun to bounce music ideas off each other on what we listen to when we work out and what keeps us jazzed up.

OH!! And I need some help! My arm muscles are looking pretty sad so if anyone has any arm excercises that they wouldnt mind sharing, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
